    Sarah has been practicing family law since 2001 and is a legal executive. Sarah was trained, and practiced in, the family law department of one of the largest law firms in the north west. Sarah has experience of dealing with all areas of family law and is a member of resolution.

  1. Anthony Hool

    Anthony Hool Business Development Manager

    Anthony is married to Tracey and joined TMFL from BT in 2009. Anthony is responsible for the Business Development of TMFL, which includes Marketing and the Website.

    One of Anthony's main objectives is to make sure that prospective clients understand the ethos behind TMFL, which is “Putting the Clients First”. As well as the Marketing he also deals with the admin side of the business ensuring that TMFL always runs smoothly.

    Although not a solicitor himself, Anthony has a great interest in Family Law and is currently taking a Paralegal course. As he has gone through a divorce himself, like Tracey he is able to empathise with our clients as he understands what a painful experience this can be.

    Anthony's hobbies and interests include Sport, Travel, Food, Wine Music, and Film and most importantly keeping Tracey happy!!

    Leah Martin PA to Tracey Miller

    Leah Martin joined TMFL in February 2011 as Tracey Miller's personal assistant. Leah and Tracey worked together previously at another Law Firm in Liverpool for a number of years

    Leah then went on maternity leave to have twin daughters Ruby and Heidi .Leah has extensive experience as a Legal Secretary and P.A. and was delighted when Tracey invited her to join the TMFL team. Leah is married to Alan, and is also a keen animal lover and has two dogs' Holly and Coco. and a cat called Daisy. Leah says ”I am thrilled to be working with Tracey again, as she is a first class family lawyer and always keeps me busy as she insists that our clients are never kept waiting and all of our work is always up to date“.

    Faye Huxley PA to Sarah McCarthy

    Faye has worked at Tracey Miller Family Law since August 2011 and is PA to Sarah McCarthy. Faye previously worked in administration for a firm dealing with personal injury claims.

    Since joining TMFL she has enjoyed learning the procedures associated with Family Law and how we operate at TMFL. Faye likes the professional and caring approach that Tracey Miller Family Law has towards its clients, in particular the company ethos that the Client always comes First!

    Faye lives on the Wirral and in her spare time she enjoys photography, live music and films, she is an animal lover and has two cats, Merlin & Loki and a Great Dane called Toby.
